The business
VisioSEO automated the steps that search engine optimisation otherwise requires by hand - from analysis through to producing optimised content. The application was built as a server-rendered web platform, because for an SEO product load time and indexability are not a convenience but part of the claim itself.
Our role
Beyond the capital, technical responsibility sat with us: architecture, development process and quality assurance. The split between staging and production with a mandatory review before every merge dates from that time - a way of working we have carried into later holdings.
The exit
The stake was sold. For the holding it was the first realised investment, and confirmation that an entrepreneurial stake in a software product works - without a fund structure behind it.
